EBC Essay 2: Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy

Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to go jogging or play badminton because these exercises are good for increasing lung capacity and stretching the body. Other people like to stay healthy by eating vegetables, chicken and milk. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.

For example, I like to jog, play badminton with classmates and stretch the body. The reason I like to jog is because it can improve lung capacity and increase metabolism. I also like to play badminton with classmates because they can help me improve strength . Finally, I often like to stretch the body because it can improve body flexibility.

In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat vegetables, chicken and milk at least one time a week. The reason I like to eat vegetables is because they rich in vitamins. I also like to eat chicken because it can get more protein for your body. Finally, I like to drink milk because it can improve calcium absorption.

I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much fried food, potato chips or hand-cranked drinks because it isn’t good for health and may increase the risk of diseases such as obesity.

In conclusion, if you want to stay healthy, I think it is important to eat a lot of healthy food, exercise a lot and avoid eating too much junk food.
